Dr. Francisca Escobar
Optometrist
Dr. Francisca Escobar is a Canoga Park, California based Optometrist with 14 years of experience in Optometry - Low Vision Rehabilitation. She completed her graduation from Pacific University - College of Optometry in 2010. She accepts the Medicare-approved amount. Dr. Francisca Escobar specializes in low-vision care having training to assess visual function, prescribe low-vision devices, develop treatment plans, and recommend other vision rehabilitation service.

Dr. Minie did his undergraduate work at UC Santa Barbara. He is a graduate of University of Houston College of Optometry. He is a member of The American Optometric Association, The California Optometric Association and the San Fernando Optometric Society. Dr Minie is a dual graduate of the California Optometric Association. Dr Minie takes immense pride in practicing full primary care optometry, which includes but not limited to comprehensive eye examinations, specialty soft contact lens fittings, scleral lens fittings, dry eye management, red eye, diabetic retinal screenings, as well as screenings and treatment for Glaucoma and other ocular diseases.
